Dr. Tolbert is a quack. She only offered my sister pain medication despite the fact my sister overdosed 3 times prior. She refused to regulate my sister's medication. As a result of Dr. Tolbert's "treatment" method my sister died from a drug overdose November 4, 2011. She should lose her medical license.

The doctor was really nice and gentle, but she only offered one treatment plan which is considered experimental by the medical community, and it is never covered by insurance. Since it is expensive and may not work, it is not an option for me; however, even after asking if there were other options in her opinion, I was told, no, this is the only option. The service is prolotherapy, and since I am not able to pay up to $1,350 out-of-pocket for a treatment that may not do anything, I will have to look for another doctor.
