Never, they are very reliable.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
