He is a good and caring Dr.
We called him on his cell phone couple of times and besides he remembering us/our child, he took his time to listen to our concerns and give us advice on our child's condition.

His staff could have been better in times. we have been visiting him for the past 2.5 years and noticed that he has switched his staff a couple of time and that is an indication of him being aware of the situation and is trying to fix it.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Dr. Uchella is a very friendly and a vey good pediatrician. The only negative point is the wait time and some of his staff members are rude and not that friendly with an attitude. I have first hand experience of their rudeness because when my son was 7 months he want feeling well and i didnt know his office timmings and when i took him w/o an appointment the receptionist said to me " next time make an appointment" very rudely and i said to her obviously it an emergency thats why i brought my son in w/ o an appointment... How can she work at a pediatricians office when she can not Even empathize with kids.

Dr is an excellent person and takes his time to answer and address all of your issues. He does not mind if you call him and talk to him about an issue. His receptionists are not that friendly and sometimes impolite.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.
