The doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses in Dr. Miller's practice are kind, professional and genuinely interested in my children. They always make us feel at ease and are happy to explain medical conditions/medications/side effects/etc. in terms that are easily understood by the average person.
Their office is quite busy, and it can be hard to get a sick appointment on the same day, but I've only not been able to get in same day once.
We really like this practice!

Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Although the office is clean and the Doctors are ok the staff is not good. They seem not to have good communication and have messed up quite a few times on appointments. Also they are even rude some times. The only Two people in the whole office I trust is Dr. T and the male nurse. They have been great. Too bad the rest of the staff isn't so great.

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!
Was this pediatrician friendly?
Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
