Horrible . . . We have been patients at Manassas Pediatrics for over seven years. We usually see Dr. G or Dr. Flynn who are great. Dr. Ault however has no business working with children or parents for that matter. She has been rude and appears annoyed that you as an educated adult should ask questions. When we have been for follow up appointments on two occasions, she puts down the other doctors decisions which I find extremely unprofessional. Make your appointments with the other doctors or don't go! You will leave very disappointed by her bedside manor!!!

They paid close attention to my childrenand their needs, and answered all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional, and I appreciate the service they provided. Thank you!

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Ault is a no nonsense kind of pediatrician. After getting to know her through two on my children, my husband and I realize that she truly cares about the children, and wants to make sure that the parents are informed about the their health. I tend to take our kids in for physicals and ailments. I always come prepared with questions and information. She listens and guides in a way that lets me know she truly cares. Once, my husband brought our son in, relying on my notes. Dr. Ault was brusque with my husband on that occasion. On the follow up, both my husband and I came together and were able to provide the complete details she needed to provide the guidance that our son needed. Dr. Ault is knowledgable and well connected with other pediatric professionals. I'm glad she is our pediatrician.

We have been to see Dr. Ault twice, and I will never take my children to her again. Each visit was terrible, as Dr. Ault was very brusque with my kids. She manhandled my 5 year old daughter who made the mistake of not standing close enough for the doctor to examine her ears (she pulled her roughly by the arm). My daughter had just had a traumatic emergency room vistit the night before, and was visibly shaken by Dr. Ault's behavior. Dr. Ault was also incredibly rude to me and my husband when we asked questions about a chronic condition that my daughter has had for a year. She acted as if we were stupid to ask, and implied that we should know better. She acted as if we were wasting her time by asking about our daughter's health. This woman has no business treating anyone.
