They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.
