Long wait times. Overall friendly, but the office is not easy to contact. They're out for long periods of time and every Friday afternoon. Good care, though.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.
