Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Allevato and her staff! The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with friendly smiles by Katie and whoever else might happen to be up at the front desk at the time. I don't know if this is a common practice or not (I've never seen it before), but they have the waiting room divided into "sick children" and "well children" areas - brilliant! There is always a fun Disney movie on to watch while you wait. The office is so clean and bright, with a fun unique décor to each room and bathroom. Dr. Allevato always has a cheery disposition as soon as she walks in the room, and I am continually amazed at how she flits from one room to the next, never losing her enthusiasm for each new patient. She is extremely thorough but never condescending. My children adore her and she is truly wonderful with them.

Not quite sure that the other reviewer was at the same office but this Doctor and her staff are amazing!!! I drive over 50 miles to take all 3 of my kids to her! She is always professional, on time and her office is immaculate! I have recommended her to several friends and they also travel to see her. I always know that Dr. Allevato is up to date on the most current treatments because she explains everything so you can understand and will even print out the latest literature and studies to show you. If you need a pediatrician I highly recommend her!

Since my daughter was born, I have been blessed to have such a dedicated and caring doctor. Over the last 5 1/2 years I have been extremely happy with the accommodations made by the doctors and staff. I am able to see a doctor whenever my child is sick and get appts quickly for physicals and school needed visits. Most importantly, they are professional and take great care to sit and listen before diagnosing or prescribing any medication!! It's wonderful. They are thorough with the explanation of my child's development, needs, and any prescriptions. Often, I have had a call to follow up and check on us. The office is very welcoming and warm. The doctors are definitely experts in their field, which means I trust them implicitly with my child's well being and health. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. It is rare to find a doctor that feels like they are your family so I drive 25 miles. to bring my daughter to this office and I am so happy I made that decision when my daughter was born. So, if anyone isn't seen by the doctors, I would be very surprised to find it was because of the doctors or staff.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was comfortable in a bright modern clean office. They made sure every single question I had was thoroughly answered, and made it clear that they were available if I think of any more questions I needed answered. Most of all, Dr Allevato treats my children with love!

Read the fine print before committing to this doctor. You might not see the Dr you think. They will also drop you if you are 15 min late even if you call in. Be careful before taking your child here
The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I feel like my appointment was pointless. The doctor answered none of my questions, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their equipment was old and decrepit. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. One person to handle everything at this office! I couldn't believe how much time it took just to get through to the receptionist. Definitely understaffed!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited which was unexpected since it IS a pediatrician's office. I was able to relax very easily. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
