We've been going here since our third child was in elementary school and our youngest was a newborn--so for about 16 years. Dr. Snyder is warm and caring and will take time to listen to you. I've a friend who sees Dr. G. at every visit for her two daughters who are often ill and they all like Dr. G very much.

The lack of five stars is for a nurse practitioner that we have had a couple times who isless than caring. I'm not sure if she is still with the firm (I think she may be--her name is Sandy) but we got stuck with her a couple times and she was abrupt and even dismissive. This goes way back, but one time my son, who rarely is sick, had a runny eye and a painful ear from a cold and was feeling not well. We were about to head to Oregon for a vacation to see a friend who had a young child and were hoping she would write us a prescription for an antibiotic in case the eye got worse on our trip and so we wouldn't be infected our friend's baby. She refused to write the Rx even though we RARELY go to the doctor--we're the type that waits out things like colds and coughs, knowing that they're usually viruses and not bacterial infections, but this time was an exception. Sure enough, my son got worse on our trip and I had to phone the office to get a prescription called in at a drug store in Oregon. If she had just listened to me, especially since I am not an alarmist parent demanding drugs all the time, it would have saved us the anguish.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
