We recently moved out of state and have made several requests to have our child's records sent to our new pediatrician. The Salimpour Group have refused to do so. As we do not have her immunization records, we cannot continue with her necessary shots. The Salimpour Group is endangering the health of my child. If you value the life of your child, choose another doctor.
