I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
