Not at all. They wouldn't let me leave unless my child got every vaccination

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Many years ago, Dr. Douglass was on call for our pediatrician and she did a wonderful job assessing my daughter's illness. I felt very comfortable with her and went home with my sick child knowing that things would be fine (and they were). I am a doctor so I wouldn't be satisfied with an evaluation that I didn't think was thorough. Dr. Douglass did not disappoint me. She was (and is) great.
