They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
