It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They addressed all of my concerns and referred me to the appropriate specialists. They have also scheduled those appointments for me taking the extra time to make sure I'm well taken care of. Staff has always treated me with all respect and made sure that my son's needs were well met. I always have very positive responses from other parents when I mentions Dr. Rhea's name and know that he is well respected by many. Thanks, Dr Rhea!

I will start with the Dr. He is wonderful if you ever get to see him. They seem to never be in the office. I.E. vacation or sick. If you do see them they spend plenty of time and explain things perfectly.

Now for the office staff, I had my first experience really with them today and could not believe what happened. I have been in tears since I left the office. The office manager who should be keeping people happy almost seemed to get off on upsetting me in front of everyone. Then when I try to talk to someone else about it she then comes in the room door open and tells me how it is. I quietly asked her to leave and kindly told her I was not going to speak to her she then told me for every one patient they lost they gained 3. Can you believe an office manager saying that!!!!! She refused to leave and kept bartering me to the point of tear until I finally snapped screamed at her to leave then was threatened by the rest of the staff to leave. I am a good person who does not deserve this and NONE of this should have happened in front of my child or any other children since she did this with door open.
I am so upset with myself for loosing control but I have never felt so degraded by anyone in my life. I lost it and apologize to those that had to see it. However, that office manager needs to go. I would love to go back to Dr. Rhea but the emotional effect this has taken on me is unbearable. I had to have my husband take care of my daughter because I could not stop crying. How could one person do that to another. I had done nothing to deserve this and my child did not even get the shots or tests that she needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE UNTIL THEY GET THEIR OFFICE STAFF UNDER CONTROL. I hope this will stop this abuse happening to anyone else.
