I have attempted twice to have my children seen at this office because I have heard such good things. Unfortunately, it appears as though there is a bit of prejudice going on. My children have Florida kidcare and I am being told that they cannot be seen, as the office is not accepting new patients with this insurance. My friend, who just gave birth and has BCBS, was accepted at the office as a new patient! I am a little blown away. :/ :(

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. My child absolutely loves Rashda B Albibi, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They have treated my family for 22 years. I used her for my children and now for my grandchildren. She is great.
