I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I dislike a hot and stuffy waiting environments, but the temperature of their office was well regulated and comfortable. Sometimes the waiting area was full of children and parents waiting to be seen. However, they never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
