Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

I've been taking my daughter here for a year now. They are great with making appointments quick, and they have Saturday hours which are both huge plus's. The 2 actual Doctor's are both great. Actually all the staff except One Nurse Practitinor are great. STAY AWAY FROM RUTH the Nurse Practitioner. This lady is one of those that thinks she knows everything (even more than the doctors). Today the lady had the nerve to tell me that she wouldn't fax paperwork to my daughter's school saying she had a physical just because it was over a year old (only by 3 days mind you). I indicated they only needed updated paperwork because their's was over 2 years old, plus she needed it for her working papers. Ruth had the nerve to get loud and obnoxious with me and only after I threatened to leave the practice and personally go there to get a copy of the papers did she agree to fax them. Then she decided to write on the fax that the papers were not valid because they wanted to milk me for a couple bucks to come back in for another physical. I had to then debate with the ACTUAL DOCTOR to get him to override what she said, oh plus she said that my daughter wasn't clear from a previous sickness which she was cleared over a month ago. All this on the fax to her school and the lady argued with me. Of course the doctor defended her while she was in the background pleading her case but none the less that Lady is plain Rude and Snooty and I can't stand her. She steps way over the line all the time and doesn't know her place. Plenty of other patients say the same but her seniority must outway that. Great Doctors, but the Nurse Practioner RUTH is a ROYAL PAIN ... the other nuse practioner is good too. If it wasn't for RUTH that place would be 5 star.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room?
They had some, but nothing my kids were interested in
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
