Most of the doctors at this practice are wonderful. NP and office staff are ATTROCIOUS!!! They make you feel like you are asking totallly unheard of questions when asking for notes/letters of medical necessity/forms for the kids' schools. I've changed pediatricians for my kids thanks to that.
Go elsewhere for more professional treatment!!!!!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Their bedside manner was OK, but my child doesn't care for them

The doctors and nurses at PP are absolutely wonderful and I have nothing bad to say about them. However, the back-end administration needs a serious overhaul. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. For weeks I tried to get the billing department and/or the office manager about an issue I was having. Questions went unanswered, phone messages were ignored. If you have any sort of complaint, they push you off onto the poor woman at the front desk, then tell her nothing so she can't answer any questions either. While I love the doctors there, I can't recommend this office at all.
