I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
