I have a complicated case due to extensive frontal cranial surgeries. Dr. Lee-Tall spent a lot of time with my wife and I explaining what the issues are and the implications of all of them. I was very satisfied with her forthright manner, her detailed explanations and her personable delivery. I will recommend her to others.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Do not miss an appointment, even if you are on your death bed. I had to reschedule an appointment because I had tonsillitis yet again and the next time I went to see her she was less than helpful, she made rude comments, and she could care less if I came back which is why I am seeing Dr. Sesi. She's a physician she should know people have emergencies and when they call 24 hours ahead, that's plenty of notice. I could not believe her child like behavior which has already been reported to her superiors.

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
