They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Dr. Gross was extremely friendly and really strived to make me feel comfortable. I was definitely pleased with his bedside manner. They never pressured me, just answered all my questions and helped me better understand nose surgery/ Rhinoplasty. A very respectful environment. I was impressed with how quickly and professionally my calls were answered there. I was never put on hold for a long time and like knowing that if I have a quick question or need an apptmt., they can accomodate me. I would recommend.
