Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was overjoyed to see that their office equipment was so advanced and up to date. It really put my mind at ease knowing that everything was up to safety standards.

MY HEARING WAS SEVERELY IMPARED BY EAR WAX. WITH ONE VISIT, DR. RIVETTE REMOVED ALL THE WAX FROM BOTH EARS, AND I WAS ABE TO HEAR PERFECTLY AGAIN. THIS WAS AFTER YEARS OF FAILED HOME TREATMENTS. IF YOU HAVE ANY EAR WAX PROBLEMS, GO HERE RIGHT AWAY!!!

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
