It was very easy to get an appointment. Both of my children (one twice) have bean patient's as well as myself. Dr. Wilner or his physician assistant always calls back if I have any questions or concerns...no matter the time. His office staff, in particular Antoniette, is extremely helpful. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I refer patients to this office all of the time and will continue to do so. I have no idea why anyone would have a negative review of Dr. Willner...this is coming from amother of a child that is recovering right now from a successful surgery by Dr. Wilner.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They are TERRIBLE about keeping patients WAITING FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE YOU ARE EVEN TAKEN TO AN EXAMINING ROOM. Then the doctor bounces from examining room to room for any pauses in your examination- in order to juggle as many patients as possible! SEEMS LIKE $$$$$$ ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN PATIENT SATISFACTION

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
