I have a patient of Dr. Nichols for the past 15 years. He has performed 2 surgeries on my ear, both times with excellent results. He has my best interest at heart. He is very professional and spends time explaining the procedures he is performing. I would highly recommend him. His office staff is very friendly and always willing to work with me.

This doctor is very rude. He yelled at myself and my daughter (a child) due to our inability to make co-pays and due to the fact we struggled to come up with the money for gas to get to and from appts. He has no empathy and only cares about money. He requires excessive, unneeded appointments, and let's his giant ego get in the way of patient care. My daughter said she never wanted to set foot in that office ever again. Steer clear.

My husband suffered from sinus problems for years. Dr. Mark Nichols performed surgery on him and changed his life. My husband’s sinus problems are gone and he’s now recovering nicely. We only wish he had seen Dr. Nichols years ago. Dr. Nichols is a professional in every sense of the word. He is methodical and very exact in all the steps of treatment. He clearly knows his craft. He explains things in a way that one can understand, and his bedside manner is warm, polite and very professional. His office staff was respectful of our time. They were very receptive and answered all questions.

Dr. Nichols has given me the gift of much improved hearing. He did surgery on both my ears and the results were fantastic. Thanks to him and his staff, I can now hear and participate in meetings. Previously, I was almost to the point of being unable to effectively do my job. Dr. Nichols is extremely confident and caring. The care I received before, during, and after surgery has been exceptional. Dr. Nichols also did a successful surgery on my mother’s ear which resulted in much improved hearing for her as well. Dr. Nichols is stays informed and current on how to help his patients and I highly recommend him to anyone with hearing issues.
