He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I spend a little time in the wait room, but they helped by switching the channel to cartoons for my kids to calm down. In office they are great, but its trying to get a hold of someone over the phone the hard part. Overall okay.
