The office didn't get my son's medical records prior to our visit, and I didn't know all of the answers to his quesitons. I was told by my pediatrician that they normall do this, so it must have been a mistake. This made it very frustrating to make a decision on the next steps. Also, he "failed" his hearing tests, but both him and the audiologist said "but there is a lot of wax that can interfere." I don' t know what that means. Did he really fail or not?
