Was overly concerned about what my insurance would cover said he would take out my childs tonsils an adnoids while we had him knocked out for tubes.even though he hasno problem with infections just fluid. Oh all this and he never even looked in my childs ears or throat just schedualed hearing test.

I had the most tramatic experience of my life in this office. I was referred here with a staph infection in my Parson told me over and over that if I had insurance he would be performing this surgery in the hospital under anesthesia but since I had no insurance I would just have to be tough. He said at least 5 times how painful it was but I was to sit still and let him do it. He was a pompous, cold hearted jackass with no manners at all. The injections and surgery were excruciating and something like an old western movie. The procedure did save my life but if I were a first class citizen with insurance I could have slept thru it! I've been a loyal employee for over 15 years and my lack of insurance is not my fault. No one should ever go to him without insurance. It seems to infuriate him!

I would like to take a moment to thank Dr. Parsons and his staff..after taking numerous allergy injections from another Dr in town I thought it was time to find out why I wasn't getting any relief...My eyes were red and itchy and I was getting hives on my body...Dr Parsons instructed me to have lab work and to test for allergies with food injections...after all I went through Dr Parsons told me I had food allergies and he named them and told me what to do...the other place I went to kept telling me I was allergic to dogs,cats and trees but I listened to my gut feeling and glad I did....I have never felt better getting the right diagnosis..thank you Dr Parsons

The staff itself is ok. DR. PARSONS, is a very very rude doctor. Of all doctors I've seen before he is not a recommended dr at all. He does not go through with what he says and or followup with anyone. You see his picture, well his picture says it all about his personality. we got charged for a visit that he said himself he was not going to charge us for and than he never wrote the letter that he was suppose to back in may for our attorney and its now the end of aug. never again are we goign to see him. not worth the time and money.

I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If you are looking for a doctor with a pleasant bedside manner, do not come here! They are so rude and unfriendly, it's like they don't want patients to return!

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I definitely liked how many treatment options I was presented with here. They didn't recommend surgery too quickly and really wanted to try other treatments first. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
