The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly, but very busy. The doctor gave a very thorough initial exam and answered all my medical questions. The staff made sure they answered my questions about insurance and paperwork requirements, and what was needed to set up surgery. Follow up after surger took 2 visits because the doctor wanted to make sure he did a thorough job in removing stuff that did not belong where it was found. I would go back there again because of his expertise and the way he conducted himself in answering difficult questions regarding my ailment and prognosis.

I like the doctor but "DON'T LIKE THE RECEEPTIONIST" in the Laurel office.. She is not friendly. She is very mean and this is the reason I have to find another doctor. I called one time and ask if I can talk to the doctor or call me if he has time because I was not feeling good with the thickness of my throat but, she told me that it will take time for the prescription to work in my system. I was taking my prescription for almost a month. She acts she is a doctor. I am very disappointed because doctor Alexion is very nice and friendly.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
