Terrible experience, they will not answer the phone.I had 1 visit, received 2 voicemails concerning my test results.I tried to return the calls for 2 weeks, they will not answer the phone......I called at least 4 times a day.

I've been going to Dr. Roscoe for the last 20 years now. I feel that the care and concern that he gives each patient is astounding. He is always thorough about your treatment and any procedure that is part of your health care needs. I highly recommend Dr. Roscoe to anyone.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Did this ENT Otolaryngologist promptly contact you with any test results?
Absolutely, I couldn't believe how quickly they got back to me

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
