No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The staff here is somewhat friendly. They aren't rude but don't do much more than the bare minimum. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. When I signed in someone had an appointment for the same time I did, which is probably why I did not get to see the doctor and had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment. I asked the doctor's assistant (not sure who I saw) if she recommeneded to have my daughter's tonsils out and I never got a yes or no, just a lot of talk. Came out of the office more unsure than I went in!

The assistant was fantastic with my two young girls ... Dr. Hoeplinger did not seem to have great "kid" skills. Had to wait a long time to schedule surgery. All in all satisfactory.
