Dr. Warman has taken time to examine my medical issue and followed through with the proper medication. He has always been cheerful yet professional. In addition, he has directed me to other ENT doctors to assist in helping me overcome the issues that I've been dealing with for years. He is good at what he does, which is ENT special care!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

My husband was supposed to have wax removed from his ears and then a hearing test. We asked if the hearing test results could be faxed to our hearing aid place. The Dr. said "YES." We waited 40 minutes after wax removal for test and the ladies at the front desk assured me the results would be faxed. They didn't fax the results and told the audiologist at the hearing aiad place that they would not fax the results because it was a screening, not a test. We had specifically asked for a test to be faxed and waited a long time for it. suddenly, it was a screening, not a test, and could not be faxed, even though they said it would. They wouldn't send anything about doing a hearing test, to get us inurance coverage either.

Rude and nasty. We will not be back. Also the waiting room conditions are deplorable, but that was not a factor in what I just said.
