Made doctor appointment in Brooklyn office. Doctor staff quarreling between each other. No coordination and major communication gap. Unorganized chart. Took appointment for one month before and reminded twice before visiting appointment. On appointment day staff was searching chart and was not able to locate. Waited for chart to find for an hour and don't know what later on they did, but they were not able to locate chart. doctor doesn't spend time to explain or listen. Just come and go like again attitude.

If you are looking for a doctor with a pleasant bedside manner, do not come here! They are so rude and unfriendly, it's like they don't want patients to return! I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. It was so nice to arrive and see so many overloaded staff members. I've gone to some places that were very aligned staffed work and good experience. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was really hoping to get some answers to my questions about my condition, but they weren't very helpful. I left with no remedy for my condition. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I am not satisfied with the care they provide. Will have to look elsewhere...
