The office as a whole seemed to have a very busy summer due to one doctor leaving. This caused a few delays but this fall I have had no problem getting appointments. I am doing well and the need for appointments is falling off. I appreciated the flexibility of the office; the lady on the phone can be a bit rude but otherwise this place is the most efficient office I have dealt with...my PCP is a disaster as is my other specialists! The doc knows his stuff as well and is quite well informed.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
