I used to think Dr. Pacheco was a good doctor back when he was nice and kidded around with me. I was horribly mistaken. Once I had ongoing issues, it became apparent just how disorganized and inept he is. He has become extremely childish, defensive and downright rude in his dealings with me. I've been told that certain tests were going to be scheduled in my care that have yet to have happened. I've been told that I was to be referred to other specialists - in fact at his request I finally gave him lists of specialists that are in my insurance plan. Nothing. He can't seem to keep track of my prescriptions and dosages. When I need a prescription called into the pharmacy, I have to harass his office to achieve it and even if they ever do it, the wrong dosage may be (was) called in. I have come to the conclusion that I as a patient exist to make this doctor's pocketbook fatter. He is not at all interested in improving my health. In addition, Dr. Pacheco treats his staff horribly. No wonder it is rare to see the same staff member more than once. At my most recent appointment, he called in a staff member and berated first the staff member and then me about exchanging email addresses.

He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. It seems like he is overbooked every time. But his amazing knowledge and being one of the best doctors in town, out weighs the negative!!!

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

The worst I have seen
