They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
