I love him! I have Trigeminal Neuralgia which is a very painful condition of my facial nerves. Thru medication I have not been cured but my life is wonderful thanks to him.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

My wife has headache, so her primary physician referred to the Neurologist. We called Dr Pathak's office and took the appointment, during the conversation I asked the lady whether they are In-Network with Great West Health care who is our Primary Insurance provider. The lady named BARBARA politely answered us that they are In-Network with Great West and gave us the appointment date. We visited the doctor, he treated my wife and asked us to schedule another appointment for tests, we have scheduled the appointment and the tests are completed in couple of months. The doctor is very good, he takes atmost care of the patients and has prescribed good medicines. There is no complaint against the doctor. One month later I got bill from Doctors office to pay 50% of the charges. I called the doctors office immediately and spoke with BARBARA, she said my insurance provided has paid only 50% and I am responsible for the rest 50%. Then I called up my insurance provider, they said Dr Rajiv Pathak is not in their Network, hence they paid only 50% of the charges to the doctor and rest 50% I need to pay to the doctor. I called back doctors office and spoke with BARBARA, she still said that they are In-Network with Great West, then I told her that I spoke with my insurance people and insurance people confirmed that you are not In-Network. Then she said that she will check with her office and give me a call. Days gone, weeks gone, she hasn't called me and another statement has come from doctors office that I am supposed to pay the 50% of the charges. I called BARBARA again and asked her about the statement, she said they are not in In-Network with Great West and I am responsible for the 50% charges. Though I have coverage with my insurance provider, because of BARBARA I am bound to pay the rest 50% chargers which are coming to $287.50 which is big money for me. This is a kind of cheating or lack of knowledge in BARBARA. I request doctor to take special interest in such cases so that the other patients may not be affected.
