My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
