He refused to listen to me, treated me poorly and raised his voice at me several times during the appt. I will NEVER go back.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The office was easy enough to find.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
