Dr. Alt is very personable. He is thorough with his questions and research
as we talked very casually about my neurological issues, which let me relax and feel more comfortable and less afraid as a patient.

He is awesome and spends all the time you need with him. With that being said, you may be there a while, but he is worth the wait. He listens to you and never rushes you. Very personable and makes you feel at ease.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Usually when we show up we walk right in and there is no delay between our appointment time and when we see Dr. Alt. The last time things must have been backed up and we were not seen for an hour past our scheduled appointment time. This was a fluke though and not at all the norm and we have been seeing Dr. Alt for three or four years.
My elderly father needs to see Dr. Alt a couple of times a year and we have been 100% satisfied with the treatment and care given by Dr. Alt and his staff. Since starting treatment with Dr. Alt my father's tremors have decreased, his memory has stabilized, and his self confidence has skyrocketed. Dr. Alt takes whatever time is needed to answer all questions yet he does not let patients ramble, keeping them on track without the patient even knowing they are being steered. His bedside manner is excellent and his attention to detail is incredible. Dr. Alt keeps a close eye on all the medications my father takes to ensure that there are no drug/drug interactions and has changed medications because of possible conflicts. All I can say is, when it comes time for me to see a neurologist, and if Dr. Alt is still practicing, he will be the one.
