Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Polite staff, but ridiculous waiting times in excess of one hour.
They never use foul language. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They were very polite.. Language is a barrier, and patient education could be much better.
