The staff at N.A.S.A. are rarely polite. I am often greeted with rude behavior and a complete lack of compassion for the pain I am in. Even when I call, their attitude is one of annoyance. I do not feel safe at all in their care. While I like my doctor, I am never able to relax during my appointment because of his staff. I'm on edge and my blood pressure is usually on the high side when I'm there.
