They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. i came to find later on what my problem was with a different doctor. most of these doctors only read reports and do not listen to their patients.
