Dr. Klafter is a Top-Notch Neurologist. He is thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician. He and his staff take time with you; their compassionate and absolute professionalism are evident every visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Klafter to anyone needing a neurologist. Dr. Klafter is treating me for Muscular Dystrophy and he is very skilled in this area. Dr. Klafter is One of THE VERY BEST in Florida!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes everything was neat and sterile

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service.
Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule, and was worth the wait for the first one.
