Dr. Bikoff does an excellent job in helping you in a professional manner all the while making you feel very comfortable. The appointments are on time, and we have never had to wait even as much as thirty minutes. His office staff are genuine, caring, and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Bikoff..

his office and ENTIRE Dr's group is awful. rude and insensitive.(Both Conyers and Peachtree City) The Conyer's location moved and gave no notification to any Patients. Elderly Patients at that . My Mother is 83 years old and was under Dr Bikoff care for about one year being treated for dementia. They closed Conyers and never contacted anyone. The office staff in Peachtree City is very rude, and the do not care. I had to call the office at least four times to get medical records and threaten to get an attorney. They finally sent my mothers records to her Primary Dr. By the way, their medical records are on paper charts only. Records are NOT electronic..... This alone is a nightmare. If you are looking for a good neurologist, I do not recommend this group. We started over with a new Dr. Our new neurologist is great. His office staff, and all are wonderful.
Three words ti describe Dr's Bikoff and his staff. (including the office Manager) Insensitive, rude, and unreliable. If you have a need, they are not there for you.

I have been trying to see Dr. Bikoff since Oct 2016. His staff said since I have not been there in three yrs I was a new patient that's fine. I have call back several times and still can not get a appointment. My ENT Doctor staff tried to get me a appointment still no luck. I really would like to know what is the problem. Dr. Bikoff is a very good doctor, I don't know if he is aware that is staff is acting like that. I have been a patient of Dr. Bikoff for yrs.
