Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
