They made sure my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The only problem I had was finding the paperwork online that they want completed and brought to the appointment. I really had to search a couple of web sites to find the paperwork. Otherwise, I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. The technician at the sleep lab was wonderful. Dr Raphaelson is very professional, thorough, and detailed, but also friendly and a good listener. I feel confident that he will help me as much as possible.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder or two so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and the scheduling is simple. Dr. Raphaelson always takes enough time with me to discuss all aspects of my treatment. I am very pleased with my treatment/care from Dr. Raphaelson and his staff.
