The staff, though everchanging, is friendly. But the organization of the office, or lack thereof, creates a lot of barriers to getting proper care. Beware that if you need to speak to someone urgently, or semi-urgently, this is an impossibility as the phone system and message system is the worst I have encountered. The doctor is arrogant, doesn't know how to listen, and can become insulting. Because of his inability to properly track my diagnoses and the treatment he himself recommended, I have much worse pain than when I first came to him.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I went on a Saturday so I don't recall the staff being around, but the doctor himself took care of me. I wish I had been able to check the Wellness Center right away though.

It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
