the doctor paid attention, but it was his assistant whom I didn't appreciate. I don't understand why I have to sit in front of her and explain my symptoms when she's not a dr. If she needs to get authorizations, this can be done without me sitting there. She informs me that I should give myself 30 min AFTER my drs appt. to sit with her!! Really?

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Kind of, but not very much
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
