Horrible at getting back and following through with anyone. The entire staff at IDAT are rude incompetent and show complete disregard for patients.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
