They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
